Starting his career in sales , accidentally got in the world of Quality and Business Excellence and found he has passion for it. Since then he had the privilege of working with diverse industries like Insurance, Telecom & Telecom infrastructure, BPO/KPO, Manufacturing, Heavy Industries, pharmaceutical among others. The drive is to stitch the business priorities along with quality objectives. Current focus includes Excellence through the famed Lean Six Sigma concept. A Master Black Belt , he is working with various stakeholders in applying the concepts of Lean Six Sigma not only in operations but in other areas of Finance, HR, IT , Legal etc. Perception has to be validated by data is the mantra for problem solving.
